Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the experimentation and digital analytics platforms, driving a culture of data-driven decision making across product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics. You will scale self-service capabilities and governance while partnering with leaders to define architecture and metrics.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver platform enhancements, promote adoption, and ensure rigorous, causally sound insights that inform business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• 10+ years of product management experience with platform/tools/data products.
• Experience building or leading experimentation programs.
• Strong analytical and statistical background with hands-on fluency in experimental design.
• Experience driving adoption of self-service tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GEICO's experimentation and digital analytics platforms, aligned to growth and digital transformation goals.
• Drive adoption of experimentation and digital analytics tools across teams, removing friction and building trust in outputs.
• Enable teams to self-service and automate experiment design, instrumentation, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Define and evolve governance for experimentation to ensure decisions are grounded in rigorous evidence.
• Partner with data science, engineering, and analytics leaders to define architecture and measurement pipelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle for platform capabilities.
