Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience with platform/data products.
• Experience building or scaling experimentation programs and platforms.
• Strong statistical and analytical background with experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Own GEICO's experimentation and digital analytics platform strategy and roadmap.
• Drive tool adoption across product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Enable self-service experiment design, instrumentation, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Define governance for statistical methodology, sample size, metrics, and peer review.
• Partner with data science and engineering leaders on architecture and pipelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end platform delivery.
• Research platform users to identify friction points and high-leverage improvements.
• Prioritize features based on impact and feasibility and manage backlog.
• Define north-star metrics for platform health and monitor them.
