Job summary

Xponential Fitness, LLC is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead the next phase of its digital experience. This role starts as a hands-on, senior individual contributor and is built to grow into a team-building, people-leading role as scope expands.

You will own the roadmap for the cross-brand web and app experience, work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and franchise leadership, and mentor a growing product team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience and a track record of shipping consumer-facing digital products end-to-end.
• Demonstrated readiness to build and lead a team, with mentoring or people-management evidence.
• Direct experience in fitness, wellness, franchise, or multi-brand retail is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Xponential digital web and app cross-brand experience.
• Write product specs, prioritize the backlog, and run agile rituals (standups, sprint planning, retros).
• Partner with engineering and design to scope, build, and ship features while staying close to execution.
• Use data to prioritize and measure what shipped, collaborating with analytics on funnel performance, engagement, and retention across brands.
• Build relationships with brand presidents, general managers, and franchisee operators to translate needs into a shared roadmap.
• Define hiring plans with the VP of Digital Experience and lead recruiting for the product management team.
• Hire, onboard, and mentor product managers and shape how the team writes specs and communicates with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design, technology, engineering and data to build the product management practice from the ground up.
