Xsolla Inc. seeks a Senior Digital Experience Manager to own the web experience across xsolla.com and subsites. You will bridge Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering and DataOps to plan launches, optimize engagement, and keep publishing fast and reliable.

East Coast preferred. You will lead CMS operations, govern templates, SEO, and workflows, and align initiatives with the product roadmap and GTM campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in web, digital experience or website operations roles, including cross‑functional launches.
• Hands‑on experience running a CMS and publishing workflow at scale.
• Technical web fluency and ability to troubleshoot across content, CMS, analytics.
• Experience with DAM and content governance.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot and Chili Piper.
• Strong UX sense and data-driven optimization.
• Proven cross‑functional launch leadership.
• Clear communication and reliable execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead web strategy and optimization across xsolla.com and subsites.
• Own web operations, publishing workflows, and launch execution.
• Manage CMS platform operations and contributor workflows.
• Lead go‑to‑market and lead‑generation web workflows with Pardot/Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering and Analytics.
