National Vision, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to shape and deliver digital products across web, mobile, and ecommerce platforms.

You will own vision, roadmap, and performance, partnering with UX, engineering, analytics, marketing, operations, and merchandising to drive customer-centric, data-driven solutions. The role emphasizes discovery, agile delivery, and performance measurement, with responsibility for backlog, releases, and GTM planning.

Qualifications

• Support the product vision, strategy, and success metrics for digital products.
• Translate data insights into prioritized product requirements and user stories.
• Own and manage the product backlog across web, mobile, and eCommerce platforms.
• Partner with UX, engineering, analytics, marketing, and operations to deliver digital experiences.
• Lead discovery activities including research, journey mapping, usability testing, and sizing.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with success metrics.
• Translate needs into prioritized product requirements and user stories.
• Own backlog balancing customer impact, revenue, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Drive agile ceremonies and ensure release readiness and post-launch validation.
• Use data and experimentation to measure outcomes and improve product performance.
• Coordinate go-to-market planning, training, and adoption for new capabilities.
• Monitor health, feedback, defects, accessibility, and operational issues.
