Job summary

Recast is seeking an experienced Product Management leader to help build the future of marketing planning and analysis. You will report to the CEO and work with the leadership team to translate business strategy into the product roadmap.

You will oversee a team of product managers as a player-coach in a small, remote-first environment. You will own parts of the product as an IC while mentoring the team and setting standards for metrics and validation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PM experience at B2B SaaS companies with data/analytics focus
• Proven track record shipping complex technical products in a fast-moving environment
• Experience shipping API products for technical customers
• Productizing data-heavy statistical and ML models
• Experience working with AI tools to enhance product experiences

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap and 6-month plan with cross-functional teams
• Oversee PM team as player-coach; manage execution and upskill team
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership to translate strategy into roadmap
• Define product metrics and measure success
• Coordinate with sales/leadership on in-flight work and priorities
