Job summary

StarRez is seeking a Product Manager, Data & Analytics to define and execute the strategy for data, analytics, and AI capabilities. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and business leaders to build products that help customers make better decisions and improve operational efficiency.

This role balances strategic thinking with hands-on product execution, leading initiatives from discovery through delivery and measuring success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning SaaS, platform, or data-focused products.
• Translating customer and technical needs into strategy and roadmap.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
• Experience using research, analytics, and metrics to drive decisions.
• Partnering with Engineering to deliver scalable software solutions.
• Experience with data platforms, BI, analytics, or AI-driven capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled products and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve long-term product strategy and roadmap for StarRez's data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch with clear success metrics and measuring business impact.
• Translate insights into scalable, user-centered product solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize investments using customer research, analytics, and market trends to guide decisions.
• Drive adoption and commercial outcomes by delivering products that improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Balance competing priorities while maintaining a clear long-term product vision.
• Champion AI opportunities to enhance the customer experience and strengthen StarRez platform.
