JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Data and AI Governance Product Lead, Vice President, to own the end-to-end lifecycle of governance products from discovery through delivery and adoption.

You will translate business needs into scalable product capabilities, drive prioritized roadmaps, and balance control requirements with user outcomes while collaborating with legal, risk, and engineering teams.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of product management, data strategy, program management, consulting or internal strategy within financial services or regulated industries.
• Ability to identify opportunities, set direction in ambiguous environments, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery, including agile practices and value measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of data and AI governance products.
• Own and refine a prioritized product backlog aligned to the roadmap.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to modernize governance processes and operating models.
• Drive execution from concept to delivery, including planning and user adoption.
• Represent stakeholder needs by making transparent trade-offs across control obligations and business outcomes.
• Embed governance-by-design controls, documentation, auditability, and compliance protocols.
