Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, product design, or business.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast trends in consumer software and translate into a connected experience roadmap.
• Own the business case for connected vehicle software, including pricing and monetization.
• Synchronize fast-moving software lifecycles with traditional vehicle development to keep experiences fresh.
• Define product requirements bridging software features with automotive safety, reliability, and driver distraction guidelines.
• Drive ecosystem integration across vehicle, Ford mobile experience, and accessories in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Lead matrixed teams across Software Development, Design, UI/UX, Engineering, Vehicle Integration, and Safety to deliver on time and on budget.
• Establish go-to-market plans with Vehicle Program Management, Marketing, and Sales, including positioning and end-to-end customer journey.
• Define OTA roadmap for updates and security patches post-purchase.
• Monitor analytics to drive continuous product improvement and inform next-generation experiences.
