Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a strategic Product Leader to design and manage the next generation of the accessory ecosystem for Ford Fathom, our connected vehicle platform. Own end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to market launch, partnering with brands and suppliers to deliver high-margin products.

You will drive partnership models, pricing, and go-to-market plans, ensuring safety, durability, and seamless vehicle integration while navigating a highly matrixed organization and fast-paced consumer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, product design, or business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management and/or Go-to-Market Strategy.
• Demonstrated verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Trend forecasting and translating trends into an ecosystem roadmap.
• Own the P&L for the accessory ecosystem and develop pricing strategies.
• Decouple fast-moving product lifecycles from vehicle development cycles.
• Write clear product requirements bridging consumer features with automotive needs.
• Champion integration of accessories with vehicle and Ford mobile experience.
• Lead matrixed teams across Design, CMF, Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, and Sales.
