Job summary
ATCC is hiring a Senior Manager, Product - Primary & Advanced Models to drive product strategy and lifecycle for our advanced cellular models and primary cell portfolio. This hybrid role is based in Gaithersburg, MD (or Manassas, VA) and collaborates across Scientific, Operations, Quality, Marketing, and Sales to optimize portfolio performance.
The role supports commercialization, pricing, and multi-year roadmaps to grow revenue, adoption, and market competitiveness in life sciences, disease
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience or equivalent
- Experience developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps
- Knowledge of advanced cellular models and primary cell products
- Experience supporting biomedical research, disease modeling, and cell therapy markets
- Strong ability to analyze market trends, competition, and portfolio performance
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and leading teams (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies, multi-year roadmaps, and portfolio plans
- Lead lifecycle management for assigned product lines from concept to retirement
- Translate insights into product requirements, launches, and pricing
- Create product business plans, revenue forecasts, and profitability targets
- Collaborate with Scientific, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify risks and growth opportunities
