Qualifications

• First‑hand experience in corporate R&D within pharma/biotech/life‑sciences with a product mindset.
• Track record generating insight from scientific literature and data across the R&D value chain.
• 10+ years of progressive senior product, data‑science, or scientific‑innovation leadership roles including hands‑on build/launch.

Responsibilities

• Own ARI's outward‑facing product strategy and value proposition across pharma, biotech, life‑sciences, and materials R&D.
• Lead the partnership and integration ecosystem with R&D tool ecosystem partners.
• Drive early customer wins and adoption through sales, services, and customers.
• Be the voice of the corporate R&D customer, translating insights into product priorities.
• Shape commercial pipeline through senior product influence and premium partnerships.
• Represent ARI externally with authority to customers, partners, and at industry events.
• Build and scale the product function as the business grows.
