the company is seeking a world-class leader to head and expand its EMEA AI FDE team. You will recruit, mentor, and structure a high-performing data science/ML engineering group, while managing a portfolio of key accounts.

The role reports to the Head of EMEA AI FDE and partners with Product, R&D, and GTM to influence the roadmap. You will drive strategic AI professional services initiatives, establish scalable delivery models, and shape cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful

Formación

• Leadership experience building and scaling AI/ML professional services teams.
• Ability to scope, guide, and sell technical engagements in enterprise environments.
• Deep technical expertise in ML/GenAI and data science with cloud delivery experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale the EMEA AI PS team with hiring, mentoring, and structure.
• Develop executive relationships with VP+ and CIO/CDO-level stakeholders.
• Align with Field Eng and Sales to define joint strategies for strategic accounts.
• Shape delivery processes and scalable engagement models for repeatability across the team.
• Own OKRs for AI-services led accounts, revenue, utilization, and references.
