Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking an Associate Director, Product to own strategy workstreams within large engagements and grow client relationship responsibility. You’ll shape discovery, define a vision, and translate thinking into actionable directions for delivery teams.

You will harness AI tools across research, synthesis, prototyping, and deliverable creation, while mentoring junior practitioners and guiding senior stakeholders through trade-offs to land clear strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product strategy or related roles.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable delivery requirements.
• Experience turning research into prioritized roadmaps.
• Proven workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Fluency with AI tools for research, synthesis, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery workstreams and translate outputs into actionable insights.
• Develop frameworks, vision documents, and roadmap inputs.
• Build prioritization models and facilitate alignment.
• Express strategy in deliverables your team can act on via user stories.
• Define success metrics and validate recommendations with data.
• Advise clients on embedding AI thinking into teams.
• Coach junior practitioners and support new business contexts.
