Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the intent and evolution of the personal loans application decisioning experience using AI models, experimentation, and targeting to improve originations and drive conversion.
• Streamline the decisioning experience across all parts of the application funnel from targeting to offers to funding.
• Collaborate with Fraud, Credit, and Risk leaders to balance a frictionless journey with strong controls.
• Build and maintain partnerships with platform and operations teams and 2nd line risk partners for new capabilities.
• Recruit, grow, and develop product management talent.
• Partner with Tech and Design to enable an agile, AI-enabled delivery organization.
