Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define the intent and evolution of the personal loans application decisioning experience.
• Streamline the decisioning experience across the acquisition funnel from targeting to offers.
• Collaborate with Fraud, Credit, and Risk to balance a frictionless journey with strong controls.
• Build and maintain partnerships with platform and risk teams to evolve enterprise capabilities.
• Recruit, grow, and develop world-class product management talent.
• Partner with Tech and Design to deliver an AI-enabled, agile product delivery organization.
