Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related) or Business/Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Defining the intent and evolution of the personal loans application decisioning experience with AI models, experimentation, and targeting to improve originations and conversion.
• Streamlining the decisioning experience across the application funnel from targeting to offers to funding.
• Collaborating with Fraud, Credit, and Risk to balance a frictionless journey with rigorous controls.
• Building partnerships with 1st and 2nd line teams to evolve enterprise capabilities into the application experience.
• Recruiting, growing, and developing world-class product management talent.
• Partnering with Tech and Design to deliver AI-enabled, agile solutions.
