Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field or related field
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s with 4 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Fraud, Credit, and Risk

Responsibilities

• Define the intent and evolution of the personal loans decisioning experience using AI models and experimentation
• Streamline the decisioning across the application funnel from targeting to funding offers
• Partner with Fraud, Credit, and Risk to balance a frictionless journey with rigorous controls
• Build and maintain partnerships with platform and operations teams and with risk partners
• Recruit, grow, and develop world-class product management talent
• Collaborate with Tech and Design to enable an AI-enabled delivery organization
