Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in digital software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Shape the strategy: Lead the product vision and roadmap execution throughout the entire product delivery process.
Create clarity: Lead requirement gathering, user story creation, prioritization, and execution with cross-functional teams.
Testing Strategy: Lead the effort to run simultaneous tests to increase conversion and guest experience.
Define success: Define and monitor key performance metrics to track product performance.
Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators (product, engineering, creative services, commercial, customer support).
Set the priority: Prioritize with business, product, and engineering partners to drive alignment.
Deliver excellence: Coordinate and communicate iterative product releases and updates.
Think proactively: Identify risks and mitigation strategies to timelines or deliverables.
Lead communication: Advocate for your product(s) internally and externally.
Look beyond: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
