Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in a large, matrix organization.
• Strong Scrum and Agile development experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Lead PM.
• Salesforce Service Cloud experience preferred.
• Proven leadership building scalable experiences and platforms.
• Experience addressing technical, financial, and operational issues in an enterprise.
• Comfortable with distributed teams and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product delivery for Disney Parks Experiences, Pricing Platforms, Salesforce Service Cloud and related apps go-to-market.
• Communicate shifts in strategy or priority to executive leadership.
• Support post-go-live and sustainment activities for supported apps.
• Use insights from user research and analytics for data-driven user stories and prioritization.
• Translate concepts into user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and test cases.
• Act as a Jira expert to clearly communicate workflows across teams.
• Represent the sellable product and pricing roadmap with stakeholder input and innovation.
