Job summary

Disney in Orlando is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own data- and AI-enabled value use cases from discovery through value realization. You will translate business opportunities into actionable product outcomes and drive cross-functional delivery with data, analytics, and engineering teams.

With 7+ years in product management or analytics, you’ll influence without authority, define success metrics with business partners, and maintain a backlog balancing quick wins with long-term capability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, analytics, or related discipline.
• Equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and delivery for data- and AI-enabled value use cases.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new AI and analytics use cases based on impact, feasibility, and readiness.
• Translate business problems into clear product outcomes, requirements, and roadmaps that leverage enterprise data and AI tools.
• Partner with business leaders, Finance, and Analytics teams to define success metrics and quantify expected value for prioritized use cases.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Platform, and Engineering teams to ensure scalable, enterprise-aligned solutions.
• Drive delivery across cross-functional teams from concept to production.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog balancing short-term value with long-term capability building.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and value realization to stakeholders.
