Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management, Analytics, Data, or Technology driving business value.
• Proven ability to own strategy and execution for cross-functional initiatives.
• Able to articulate business value with measurable outcomes and impact.
• Experience with data platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions in enterprise settings.
• Influence without authority and align matrixed teams.
• Strong analytic and communication skills for Directors and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and delivery for data- and AI-enabled value use cases.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and analytics use cases based on impact.
• Translate problems into outcomes, requirements, and roadmaps using enterprise data.
• Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and business leaders to define success metrics.
• Work with Architects, Data Platform, and Engineering to ensure scalable solutions.
• Drive delivery across cross-functional teams from concept to production.
• Maintain a backlog balancing short-term value and long-term capability building.
• Communicate vision, roadmap, progress, and value realization to stakeholders.
• Monitor post-launch outcomes to identify optimization opportunities.
