Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Product Manager/Owner or AI/digital product role.
• Mid-to-advanced AI fluency with agentic tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
• Ability to translate business needs into product priorities and backlog.
• Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog with epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products.
• Drive adoption with Change Management: training, communications, readiness, launch, and hypercare.
• Prototype concepts, workflows, prompts, and proofs of concept; automate product tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering to expose enterprise systems to AI agents.
• Prepare governance recommendations for investment, scaling, sustainment, and retirement.
• Make day-to-day prioritization decisions within approved roadmap and guardrails.
