Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a CS Digital Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, adoption, and business value of AI-enabled digital products used by Consulting professionals and clients. This hands-on role requires proficiency with agentic AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude, plus MCP-enabled integrations to build repeatable workflows and prototypes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Product Manager/Owner, AI product, or similar role.
• Required AI fluency: hands‑on with agentic AI tools to create multi‑step workflows and prototypes.
• Experience writing epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog, vision, and roadmap.
• Partner with engineering to deliver releases and guide adoption plans.
• Apply AI tools and MCP-enabled integrations to accelerate product delivery and decisions.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI, automation, and knowledge retrieval into products.
