Job summary

The MX Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to partner with senior client leaders and translate challenges into innovative digital products, processes, and tools. You will lead digital projects from strategy through delivery, shaping the solution with design and engineering while guiding cross-functional teams and managing scope and budgets.

You will foster collaboration, challenge ideas, and guide clients toward optimal solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years of software experience, with 5+ years in product management, business analysis, product ownership, or a related role.

Responsibilities

Lead digital products from discovery and strategy through design, development, launch, and optimization.
Facilitate strategic meetings and workshops aligning stakeholders across marketing, sales, and technical teams, clarify requirements, and drive decisive, confident action.
Evaluate solution options in partnership with UX and engineering, weighing build versus buy, platform versus custom, and speed versus flexibility, and guide clients toward the approach that best fits their business.
Lead cross-functional teams, creating clarity around priorities, ownership, and outcomes.
Bring a sharp, informed point of view to product decisions, challenging assumptions and pushing clients toward the right solution, not just the requested one.
Own scope, budgets, risks, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives, keeping complex, high-stakes programs on track and on budget.
Guide clients through ambiguity, tradeoffs, and high-consequence decisions, serving as a trusted strategic partner.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve existing products, processes, and digital experiences.
Identify and implement AI-driven workflows that streamline product development and operational processes, keeping the team ahead of the curve on how digital work gets done.
