Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist Product Manager for Test Security Platforms to own five security domains and the shared platform that supports them. You will shape a continuous, evidence‑driven security capabilities roadmap, collaborate across engineering, security, data science and operations, and translate complex risk trade‑offs into clear business decisions.

The role requires 7+ years in product management with security focus, experience building platform products, and strong

Qualifications

7+ years in product management, including security, identity, fraud or trust‑and‑safety products.
Ownership of a platform or shared‑services product used by multiple internal teams.
Experience with AI/ML detection and understanding precision/recall trade‑offs.
Proven track record in regulated, high‑stakes environments.
Strong written communication to explain security trade‑offs to executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

Domain and platform product ownership with a continuous, evidence‑based roadmap.
Market intelligence: track threat landscape and competitor capability.
Evidence, measurement and model performance: define metrics and defend findings.
Delivery partnership with engineering, security, and operations through production.
Advance the way we work: durable product ownership and evolving operating model.
