Job summary

RTX is seeking aSenior Manager, Product Management to lead forecasting and analytics platforms for Commercial Engines Finance and Military Programs. You will define product vision, prioritize features, and manage roadmaps across multiple software teams.

Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, data, cloud, security, and DevOps to deliver secure, scalable solutions while guiding product owners and analysts to drive value.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile software delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Data-driven decision making using market intel and metrics.
• Experience managing full product lifecycle from concept to adoption.
• Excellent communication across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with cloud technologies, Azure preferred.
• Familiarity using AI-assisted tools for product management.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, cloud, security, and DevOps teams.
• Define KPIs, milestones, and tradeoffs for stakeholders across functions.
• Own full product lifecycle: discovery, development, launch, support, modernization, retirement.
• Apply user-centered design and rapid prototyping to inform direction.
• Partner with Agile teams on sprint planning, MVPs, releases, and improvements.
