RTX is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy to lead market, competitive, and financial analyses that shape strategic initiatives. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to gather data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth and innovation.

You will conduct in‑depth analyses, prepare executive reports, and support assessments of mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, strengthening RTX’s market position and strategic direction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Defense industry experience with market dynamics and customer priorities.
• Strong PM, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Expertise in data visualization, modeling, and market assessments.
• Security clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship.

Responsabilidades
