Job summary

RTX is seeking a Forecasting and Demand Planning professional in East Hartford to lead and streamline demand activities for PW4000 engine and nacelle programs. You will apply forecasting and MRP knowledge to support SIOP initiatives and develop tools for business health reporting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on demand planning, tackle complex problems, and drive process maturity in a fast-moving aerospace environment at RTX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Forecasting, Demand Planning, Materials Management, or related field, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with forecasting and MRP processes.
• Experience with tools and systems used for demand planning and business reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and streamline the flow of demand-related activities for the PW4000 engine and nacelles.
• Utilize forecasting and MRP knowledge to support key SIOP initiatives.
• Develop and maintain tools for business health reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on demand planning activities.
• Solve complex problems and see projects through to completion in a rapidly changing business environment.
