Atlassian is hiring for a product leader to shape how Confluence turns connected content into a reliable knowledge base. You will steer strategy, define how diverse inputs are organized, and ensure content stays current as the system learns from and reacts to changes across tools and teams.

You will own freshness, quality, and evaluation of AI-powered outputs, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to ship responsible, high-impact features that unlock knowledge for admins, space

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with content/retrieval or model-powered experience as core value.
• Proven ability to take a 0→1 product from strategy through launch and beyond.
• Shipped features powered by large language models with defined evals and test sets.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and roadmap for connected content in Confluence.
• Define how inputs transform into usable structure across docs, transcripts, chats, and CRM records.
• Own freshness/decay logic and determine what updates are autonomous.
• Set and defend the quality bar for retrieval, permissions, accuracy, and latency.
• Lead AI-related quality evaluations and test sets for model-powered experiences.
• Decide where AI belongs in the user experience and how to handle failures.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and others.
• Mentor PMs and raise the bar for specs and decisions.
