Atlassian is seeking a visionary Head of Product for Jira to lead the product organization responsible for Jira’s experience, AI, and customer adoption. In this role, you’ll shape the surfaces where humans and agents work together: work items, boards, lists, backlogs, plans, agent sessions, and the Teamwork Graph context that makes Jira agents uniquely powerful.

You’ll lead a global team of product managers across Australia, the United States, and India.

• Drive agent adoption in Jira with onboarding and automation.
• Scale the product organization across geographies.
• Maintain high quality and prototype-first thinking.
• Collaborate with Atlassian teams across orgs.
• Represent product voice to customers and market.
