You bring 7+ years of product design experience, applied AI on product experiences, and a systems thinker who can lead cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience for complex or enterprise software.
• Experience applying AI to product experiences such as search, AI chat, and agents.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals, viability, and feasibility.
• Demonstrated systems thinking and ability to synthesize feedback across teams.
• Experience improving design processes to raise product value and team velocity.

Responsibilities

• Craft AI experiences for Rovo, Atlassian's flagship AI product experience.
• Collaborate across Jira, Confluence, Loom on applied AI.
• Set a precedent for designing with AI and enable the design org to harness AI power.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to unify AI capabilities across Atlassian.
• Work with engineers, PMs, content designers, researchers, marketers, and analysts to advocate for user experience and ship high-quality work.
