Atlassian is seeking a Head of Product for Jira to lead the product org responsible for Jira’s experience, AI, and customer adoption. You’ll shape surfaces where humans and agents work together and lead a global team across three geographies, reporting to Jira’s Head of Product.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and design leadership and set a high quality bar for the products we ship. You’ll drive multi-year strategy, partner with AI groups, and ensure strong customer and market focus while

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-functioning, world-class product organization.
• Track record shipping high-quality customer experiences at scale.
• Experience partnering with design leadership to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Strong recent experience shipping AI-powered product experiences.
• Product-led growth fluency with real impact on adoption and retention.
• Technical fluency across platform architecture, data systems, and AI.

Responsabilités

• Own the multi-year product strategy for how humans and agents work together in Jira.
• Lead the vision for work items, boards, lists, backlogs, plans, and mobile experiences.
• Define what an AI agent knows and how context improves customer outcomes.
• Drive agent adoption with in-product discovery, onboarding, automation and chat adoption.
• Build and scale a global product team across three geographies.
• Set high quality bars for experience-led product management and protect scope when needed.
• Partner with Atlassian leaders to align teams around shared outcomes.
• Represent the product voice with customers and the market.
