Job summary

STR in Woburn, MA seeks a Principal Product Lead in the SET group to craft, drive, and execute a product strategy that integrates, tests, and demonstrates capabilities for government customers. Qualifications

• MS with at least 15 years of experience, and/or PhD with at least 10 years of experience in a scientific field such as applied math, physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or data science.
• Experience with sensing systems, data analytics, and DevOps software processes
• Experience leading system and technology development teams
• Experience spanning all product development phases, from ideation to technology research and product development
• Proven ability to lead moderate to large engineering teams (10-40 engineers) through complete Agile development lifecycle including task definition, delegation, and maintenance
• Demonstrated experience in working with both internal leadership and external customers in the development and execution of technology and system development programs
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
