Job summary

Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a Product Manager for the NGA AI/ML Program to translate user needs into product strategy and oversee development lifecycle. You will collaborate with program managers and executives to shape a vision and roadmap aligned with government objectives.

You will engage with users and customers to uncover needs, work with software engineers to deliver compliant, enterprise-grade solutions, and represent the program at industry and government events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph required for the position.
• 6+ months of experience in AI space.
• Customer empathy and user-centric mindset with experience in user research and testing.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into product strategies and define milestones.
• Monitor product performance and help formulate long-term plans.
• Collaborate with program managers and executives on vision and roadmap.
• Engage with users/customers to discern underlying needs.
• Work with software engineering teams to meet standards for the IC/DoD/government workforce.
• Participate in industry/government events to discuss NGA AI/ML program.
