Job summary

DSJ Global seeks an Associate Director, Product Launch & Lifestyle Supply Chain in the Cambridge, MA area. This senior leadership role drives planning, readiness, and execution of new product launches and major lifecycle initiatives across commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams.

You will develop launch strategies, identify risks early, and lead cross-functional decision-making to accelerate commercialization while meeting regulatory requirements and supply

Qualifications

• 7+ years of supply chain experience in pharma/biotech.
• Global product launches, lifecycle management, and manufacturing readiness.
• Experience in regulated environments and supply chain strategy.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch readiness and governance for new products and lifecycle initiatives.
• Oversee milestones, stage-gate reviews, and readiness assessments.
• Align launch plans with commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory.
• Manage portfolio visibility across multiple launch programs.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Guide supply chain, distribution, and flow-of-goods strategies for launches.
• Support executive decisions on timing, scope, and SKU strategies.
• Present readiness status and milestones to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of launch management tools and processes.
