Job summary

Structure Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of Commercial Supply Chain to provide strategic and operational leadership for end-to-end planning across late-phase clinical and commercial programs.

You will ensure uninterrupted supply of small molecule drug substance, drug product, and packaging through robust planning and inventory management. The role leads S&OP and C&OP, supports launch readiness, and builds scalable systems to support a growing global supply network ensuring 100%

Qualifications

• BS in supply chain, engineering, chemistry, or related; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in supply chain management within pharma/biotech.
• Deep expertise in small molecule manufacturing and OSD product supply chains.
• Deep expertise in supply chain planning (S&OP/C&OP) and inventory management.
• Proven launch planning and commercialization experience.
• Experience with global outsourced supply chains and CDMO networks.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations, validation, CPV, and quality systems.
• Experience with global manufacturing networks and international CDMOs across multiple time zones.
• ERP implementations and supply chain integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, distribution, and cold chain requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global supply chain strategies to support clinical development and commercialization.
• Lead end-to-end S&OP and C&OP processes.
• Ensure demand forecasts align with production capacity and capabilities.
• Provide input into supply chain network design and capacity planning.
• Oversee inventory strategies and safety stock to mitigate supply risk.
• Lead launch planning and readiness for product launches.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks through scenario planning and contingencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Regulatory, QA, and Commercial.
