Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an Assistant Product Manager for a leading consumer electronics manufacturer in North America. You will support the full product lifecycle, manage SKUs and product data, and coordinate packaging and go-to-market initiatives across sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain.

You will analyze market trends, conduct competitive research, and support launches, pricing, and portfolio decisions while ensuring accurate messaging and documentation across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, or related role.
• Experience within the consumer electronics industry is required.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management from launch through end-of-life.
• Experience with packaging development, updates, and product content management.
• Exposure to retail, distribution, and e-commerce sales channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent project management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the full product lifecycle including new product introductions and end-of-life activities.
• Manage product setup, SKU maintenance, specifications, and product information across systems.
• Coordinate packaging development, revisions, and product content accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain to execute initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and support portfolio management decisions.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and pricing evaluations in consumer electronics.
• Assist with product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop product documentation, specification sheets, and sales enablement materials.
• Ensure messaging, specs, and packaging information remain accurate across channels.
• Support forecasting, inventory planning, and product transitions.
