Job summary

Stoke Therapeutics in Bedford, MA is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Supply Chain Management and Planning to lead the planning, forecasting, and execution of supply strategies ensuring drug availability. You will collaborate across Commercial Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and external vendors to drive demand, supply, and cold-chain logistics from launch through steady-state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences required.
• 8–10 years in Commercial Supply Management or related field.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Strong foundation in S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory management.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical distribution models, GDP/DSCSA/serialization.
• Experience with planning and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and system design.
• Experience launching new products and knowledge of GMP/GDP.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the commercial supply chain strategy for launch to steady-state operations.
• Coordinate commercial artwork management and secondary packaging workstreams.
• Own day-to-day demand and supply planning and support S&OP processes.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, DSCSA/serialization, and regulatory requirements across distribution network.
• Develop launch supply plans with cross-functional teams (CMC, QA, RA, Commercial Ops).
• Drive supply planning for clinical and commercial supply chains.
• Support cold-chain logistics and chain of custody.
• Partner with Quality on GxP controls and deviation handling.
• Track timelines for internal activities and external CMO production.
• Develop Commercial Supply Chain SOPs for inspection readiness.
• Participate in ERP setup, configuration, and design decisions.
