Job summary

Vynamic is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Launch to guide life sciences engagements from strategy through execution. The role partners with senior client stakeholders to shape launch governance, operating models, and cross-functional plans that deliver successful product introductions.

The engagement leader will coach teams, develop client relationships, contribute to business development, and advance Vynamic’s product launch capabilities within a hybrid work setup across multiple U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in life sciences consulting or pharma with launch experience.
• Led multiple product launches from strategy through execution.
• Deep knowledge of launch planning, governance, and cross-functional operating models.
• Experience partnering with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product launch engagements ensuring high-quality delivery and client outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Design and lead integrated launch strategies and governance models.
