Job summary

Vynamic, part of Inizio Ignite, seeks a Senior Manager, Product Launch to drive life sciences engagements from strategy through execution. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to define launch strategies, establish governance, and guide cross-functional execution across the commercialization lifecycle.

As the engagement leader, you will coach consulting teams, cultivate client relationships, contribute to business development, and advance Vynamic's Product Launch capabilities while

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years in life sciences consulting or pharma/biotech with launches experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Launch engagements from strategy to execution.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and guide commercialization lifecycle.
• Design and lead integrated launch strategies, governance models, and cross-functional planning.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other client functions.
• Develop actionable recommendations based on market dynamics and insights.
• Oversee engagement planning, risk management, and executive decision-making.
• Mentor consultants and support career development of team members.
• Support business development and proposal writing to grow the Product Launch practice.
• Contribute to methodologies and best practices in commercialization and launch offerings.
• Foster inclusive leadership and collaboration to drive innovative client solutions.
