• Lead Product Launch Engagements: Serve as the engagement lead for strategic product launch consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client outcomes.
• Executive Client Partnership: Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance.
• Launch Strategy & Readiness: Design and lead integrated launch strategies, governance models, and cross-functional planning.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to align priorities.
• Strategic Analysis & Recommendations: Understand market dynamics and customer insights to develop actionable recommendations.
• Project Leadership & Risk Management: Lead engagement planning, manage risks, and ensure successful execution.
• People Development: Mentor and coach consultants, enabling professional growth.
• Business Development: Support proposals, thought leadership, and client relationship expansion.
