Job summary

Vynamic, part of Inizio Ignite, seeks a Senior Manager, Product Launch to guide life sciences clients from strategy to execution, delivering high-value commercialization outcomes.

You will lead engagements, partner with senior stakeholders, design launch strategies, and foster cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Eng, or related field; MBA/MS/PharmD/PhD preferred.
• 6+ years in life sciences consulting or pharma/biotech with product launch leadership.
• Proven success leading multiple product launches from strategy to execution.
• Experience partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead product launch engagements from strategy through execution.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to define launch strategies and governance.
• Design integrated launch strategies, readiness assessments, and cross-functional planning.
• Mentor and coach consultants, supporting professional growth.
• Support business development and thought leadership for the Product Launch practice.
• Contribute to methodologies and best practices in commercialization and launches.
