Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Sr LS Product Integration Analyst to lead cross-functional initiatives that evaluate, implement, integrate, and adopt enterprise products and technologies across the organization.

You will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure high-profile initiatives align with objectives and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as stated
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in product management, business analysis, project management, implementation management, technology delivery, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with senior executives and presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Experience gathering requirements, performing process analysis, and driving solution implementation.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration for new products, platforms, and technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology enablement.
• Translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans.
• Coordinate across departments, vendors, and technology teams to deliver on schedule and within scope.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status updates, and strategic recommendations.
• Support organizational readiness and user adoption for new capabilities.
