Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Sr LS Product Integration Analyst to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives evaluating, implementing, integrating, and adopting enterprise products and technologies. This role bridges business, tech, vendors, and executives to ensure initiatives achieve measurable value.

Manage complex, enterprise-wide projects, including AI and platform integrations, within policy and regulatory boundaries. Target pay range is $85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, MIS, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in product management, business analysis, project management, implementation management, or related disciplines.
• Experience independently leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Experience interacting with senior executives and presenting recommendations to leadership teams.
• Experience gathering requirements, performing process analysis, and driving solution implementation.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration efforts for new products, platforms, and technologies.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology enablement.
• Translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Drive executive reporting and communication to senior leadership.
• Coordinate activities across departments, vendors, and technology teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
• Support AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across programs.
