Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Sr LS Product Integration Analyst to drive evaluation, implementation, and adoption of enterprise products and technologies across the organization. You will bridge business, technology, vendors, and executives to ensure initiatives align with objectives and deliver value.

Responsibilities include end-to-end product integration, AI-enabled innovation, business analysis, and executive communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Admin, IT, MIS, CS) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in product management, business analysis, project management, or related fields.
• Experience leading large cross-functional projects independently.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and leadership teams.
• Experience gathering requirements and driving solution implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of new products, platforms, and technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and tech enablement with business leaders.
• Translate requirements into actionable implementation plans and align stakeholders.
• Manage high-visibility initiatives with significant business impact across departments and vendors.
• Prepare executive-level reports, status updates, and strategic recommendations.
