Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Sr LS Product Integration Analyst to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives for evaluating, implementing, integrating, and adopting enterprise products and technologies across the organization.

The role bridges business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and executive leadership to align initiatives with business objectives and measurable value, including AI and automation projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in product management, business analysis, project management, implementation management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and leadership teams.
• Experience gathering requirements and driving solution implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration efforts for new products, platforms, and technologies.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology enablement.
• Evaluate business requirements and translate them into actionable implementation plans.
• Drive alignment between operational, technical, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
• Independently manage high-visibility initiatives with significant business impact.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and executive reporting materials.
• Coordinate activities across multiple departments, vendors, and technology teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
