Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Sr LS Product Integration Analyst to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that evaluate, implement, and adopt enterprise products and technologies. This role is fully remote and supports work-from-home arrangements.

You will bridge business, technology, vendors, and executive leadership, manage enterprise-wide projects including AI and automation, and deliver measurable business value while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in product management, business analysis, or project management.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading large cross-functional projects.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and leadership teams.
• Experience gathering requirements and driving solution implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of new products and platforms.
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation and technology enablement opportunities.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate across departments, vendors, and technology teams.
• Drive adoption and change management for new capabilities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations.
