Sam's Club's Member's Mark Product Development team is seeking a senior leader to drive innovation across Baking, Spices, and Condiments and shape products enjoyed by millions of members.

You will drive category growth through strategic supplier partnerships, quality-focused development, and data-driven insights while steering the future of the brand within a collaborative cross-functional environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 4 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area
• 6 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage external supplier relationships
• Experience using consumer insights, market trends, and data to drive product innovation
• Demonstrated leadership experience developing talent and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions

Responsabilidades

• Lead product development and innovation for Baking, Spices, and Condiments within the Member's Mark portfolio.
• Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to develop, reformulate, and commercialize products that meet quality, cost, and member expectations.
• Identify category trends, consumer insights, and whitespace opportunities to drive growth and differentiation.
• Manage product specifications, quality improvements, and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop team members while influencing strategic business decisions and category direction
