McCormick & Company, Incorporated, a global leader in flavor, is seeking a full-time Sr. Associate Product (Brand) Manager on the Spices & Extracts Marketing Team. This role sits at McCormick HQ in Hunt Valley, MD, reporting to a Sr.

Product Manager. You will lead strategic marketing for the Baking Portfolio, own the innovation strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive net sales and profits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years in marketing or related field, preferably in CPG.
• Strong Excel, data and financial analysis skills.
• Good written communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing activities for the Baking Portfolio to meet long-term goals.
• Own innovation strategy for the segment.
• Develop category strategy, insights, and positioning.
• Prepare business updates and reports for senior management.
• Develop consumer-targeted concepts and opportunities.
